New LED streetlights to be installed in the Village of Freeport in all of its lights
Starting this year, all of the lights in Freeport will be Leotek GreenCobra LEDs. It is more energy efficient in a bluish-white color. The clerk announced that all of those LEDs will be replaced with old streetlights that are broken. All of the lights will be brighter the better.
